Requirements For Setting Up A Company In JAFZA

License Fee

  • Trading or Industrial License – For a maximum of 7 products from one group, the license fee is AED 5,500. For maximum of 12 products from two groups, the license fee is AED 9,000.00
  • General Trading license – AED 30,000.00
  • Service License for a branch of a UAE based company- AED 8,000.00

Registration Fee

  • FZCo – AED 15,000.00
  • FZE- AED 10,000.00
  • Branch of a company- AED 5,000.00
  • Additional of AED 200 for the MOA & AOA Attestation and AED 200 for the Board Resolution per type of company. Additional AED 50 for specimen signature of each shareholder and/or appointed representative of the company.

Office Facilities at JAFZA

The office facilities available at JAFZA are world-class. Visa allocation is dependent on the size of the office, 9 sq. ft is equivalent to one visa eligibility. The costs of the office facilities are discussed below. 

  • Office in Business Park range between AED 23,000 – AED 30,000 per office.
  • Offices in other JAFZA buildings range from AED 2,000 per sq.m. to AED 2,500 per sq.m.
  • Showrooms price range from AED 700.00 per sqm to AED 1,000 per sq.m
  • Warehouses and Industrial Units are from AED 25.00 per sq.m to AED 600 per sq.m.
  • For retail spaces / outlets, the cost is available upon request from JAFZA.

All fees are subject to an additional 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude third-party approval costs if required.
